The Supreme Court protected private ownership against “red lines” and “public-use land” arguments

Ruling No. 309-ES24-7383 of 2 April 2025: public authorities may not rely on “public-use land” or street “red lines” to challenge private ownership if they previously allowed formation of the plot and recognized it as such.
